Welcome to the Mount Hebron / Orchards Community Association website. The primary purpose of this site is to provide helpful information to the residents of our community and to promote the benefits to those interested in making our neighborhood their new home.

Friendly neighbors, quality homes, top ranked schools, and a convenient location are just a few of the reasons our community ranks as one of the best in Howard County. Now add to that the annual Easter Egg Hunt, Community Yard Sale, Halloween Parade, Santa Ride and Holiday Decorating Contest, it has become one of the most enjoyable places to live in all of Maryland.

The communities of Mount Hebron, Patapsco Park Estates and The Orchards are all represented by the Association. The political strength of over 1000 households has helped us deter unfavorable development of land next to our schools, improve road safety, and continues to keep the attention of our local officials.

The annual association dues are just $15.00 and help support all of the community events. If you haven’t already done so, please make your check payable to Mount Hebron / Orchards Association and send to P.O. Box 6810, Ellicott City, MD 21042.
